Delicious cherry jam
- 500 g pitted cherries
- 250 g granulated sugar
- ½ bag Želírka 21 Liana
- 1 KL Citric acid Liana
- Pit the washed cherries. Mix so that pieces of cherries remain. Pour ½ bag of Želírka Liana into a bowl, take 2 tablespoons from 250 g of sugar and add to Želírka Liana. Pour into the mixed cherries and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- For better taste and color, add 1 KL Liana citric acid. Pour the remaining sugar and mix for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the foam from the surface. Pour the still hot jam into jars. Close and turn upside down until cool.
A good tip:
In the case of overripe cherries, add a pinch of Liana sorbic acid .
