Gelling preparation suitable for quick preparation of jams, marmalades and jellies. It is added directly to fruit juice (1 bag per 750 ml of juice + 500 g of sugar) or directly to fruit (1 bag per 1 kg of fruit + 500 g of sugar). It is always added before adding sugar.

Ingredients: 40% gelling agent (pectin), sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (sorbic acid). Store in a dry and cool place!
Instructions for preparation:
1. Wash, grind or press the fruit.
2. Mix the contents of the jelly bag with 2 spoons of sugar taken from 0.5 kg, mix with the fruit. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. We always add jelly before sugar.
3. Add the rest of the sugar and cook for another 2-5 minutes (jelly for 1 minute), stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves. After stopping, stir for about 1 minute until the foam disappears or the foam is removed.
4. Immediately fill into clean, dry glasses, close with a dry lid, turn upside down for about 5 minutes.
