Dosage: 100g Stabilizer + 0.1-0.150 L lukewarm water + 0.5L whipped cream
(the dosage of the stabilizer also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately mix into the semi-whipped vegetable whipped cream with an electric mixer. Beat until the desired consistency. We can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. We immediately use according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared corpus. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
