Gluten-free sandwich / sandwich lid

Excellent gluten-free sandwich - lid for homemade sandwiches.
Ingredients
  • 500 g Bread mix white Liana
  • 550 ml lukewarm water
  • 10 g of dried yeast
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 KL sugar
  • pinch of salt

  1. Put Bread mix white, sugar, lukewarm water, a pinch of salt and dried yeast in a bowl. Knead the dough with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes. Finally, mix in the oil. Place in an oiled baking dish. Smooth the surface with a spatula, coat with oil. Cover with food foil and leave to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes and another 30 minutes without foil. Brush the risen dough with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of water and cut into pieces.
  2. Bake in an electric oven at a temperature of 200°C for about 50 minutes. Immediately after baking, brush the bread with water, remove it from the mold and let it cool completely on a wire rack covered with a towel.

A good tip:
Half the amount of ingredients for a bishop's bread mold will be enough for a sandwich - lid, but the lid will be smaller.
