1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar until foamy for about 10 minutes. While whisking, add oil and milk and whisk for another 10 minutes. Mix the cake mix and stiff egg whites by hand.

2. Pour the dough onto a greased baking sheet sprinkled with Cake mix. Place fruit on top according to taste and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.

3. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar immediately after baking.
