Curd bars Lianáček
- 250 g soft cottage cheese or mix lumpy cottage cheese until smooth
- 200 g of butter
- 150 g powdered sugar
Frosting
- 100 g Chocolate 70% Liana
- 100 g vegetable fat for toppings
1. Mix cottage cheese, butter and sugar until smooth and put in a pastry bag. Fill the form with the substance.
2. Place the form with the mixture in the freezer, ideally until the next day.
3. Melt the chocolate together with the vegetable fat.
4. Take the bars out of the freezer and cover them in melted chocolate. We will help each other with toothpicks.
5. The chocolate will harden immediately, so we have to work quickly. The finished bars can be consumed immediately, the rest can be stored in the refrigerator.
A good tip:
If you don't have a mold, you can spread the curd mass into another container and then cut it into smaller pieces.
