Gluten-free honey wheels with cream
Dough
- 350 g Cake mix Liana
- 140 g granulated sugar
- 80 g of butter
- 80 g of honey
- 2 eggs
Cream
- 250 ml of milk
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 pc Golden cream Liana
- 100 g of butter

- Chocolate Liana 70% for pouring
1. From the ingredients for the dough, make a compact dough by hand, wrap it in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
2. Divide the dough into 4 parts on a floured board. Roll out each part to 3-4 mm and cut out circles. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Let it cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
3. Prepare the cream. Mix 50 ml of milk with Golden Cream and boil the remaining milk with sugar. Add the mixed Golden Cream to the boiling milk and boil. Beat the chopped butter into the hot cream. Let it cool down. We put it in the refrigerator to solidify and then beat it with a hand mixer.
4. Put the cream in a pastry bag and spray it on the wheel, cover with another wheel and press gently.
5. Cover the top with chocolate and decorate.
Good tip :
We can prepare the dough a day earlier and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. However, we must not forget that after taking it out of the refrigerator, we must leave it at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
