  1. Beat softened butter together with sugar, gradually add eggs one by one. Mix the Cake mix mixed with the Golden cream by hand. Dilute the batter with approximately 80-100 ml of whipping cream.
  2. Spread the larger half of the dough into a mold lined with baking paper.
  3. We apply the cottage cheese filling to the dough, which is obtained by mixing cottage cheese with sugar and Golden Cream.
  4. We spread the fruit evenly and cover it with the remaining dough, which we diluted even more with the remaining whipping cream.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with decorative powdered sugar.
