Gluten-free cottage cheese balls filled with strawberries
Dough
- 80 - 90 g Universal Liana mix
- 250 g soft cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 bag Liana cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar for sprinkling
1. Gradually add cottage cheese, egg, salt, melted butter, powdered sugar, Universal mix to the bowl and knead the dough by hand. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Transfer the dough to a silicone mat and sprinkle with rice flour. We gradually fill e.g. strawberries.
3. Add a teaspoon of salt to the boiling water, put the balls and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. Drain the cooked, pour melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
