  1. Pour Bread mix white, baking powder, salt into the food processor and mix. Finally, add oil and sour milk. We work the dough with a hook and move it to a floured work surface.
  2. We make a loaf from the dough and roll it into a rectangle. We divide it into 10 parts and put a cheese filling on each, which we prepare simply by mixing cheese and yolk. We wrap it in a bun and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with the dough seams down.
  3. Before baking, brush with a mixture of egg, oil and milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a heated oven at 190°C for about 25 minutes.
